
Your commitment to proper and effective nutrition is far more important than your workout program. You could do the hardest, most intense workout program on the planet (Insanity) and if your nutrition is not where is should be, you are wasting your time. You just won’t see the physical changes you are looking for.
You have to eat clean to see spectacular Fitness results. Make a deal with yourself that you will commit 100% to your nutrition for the next 90 days and see what happens! When you have created thos healthy, daily nutritional habits that push your Fitness forward rather than holding you back, you can reward yourself with all the cookies you want! Here is a heads up, you won’t want to! ;-)
It only takes one or two cookies or other “treats” to completely ruin your hard work during the day. You have to decide, is it worth the momentary pleasure of eating junk food vs. adding years to your life through proper nutrition? I think you already know the answer.
